All services are custom-built to client needs and fulfilled according to the timeline and scope defined in each project agreement or proposal.
Ongoing marketing support retainers follow an agreed monthly schedule and each package has provided turn-around estimates on tasks. Most individual tasks are delivered between 1-4 business days depending on the complexity of the marketing task.
Clients will receive regular updates during the project lifecycle and have access to a designated account manager or point of contact.
Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. However, if a client chooses to cancel a project prior to the start of work, a full or partial refund may be granted depending on the circumstances and time invested in planning or strategy.
If you believe there has been a billing error or a problem with service delivery, please contact us within 7 days at support@trymarketive.com so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
Clients may cancel ongoing retainers or monthly service plans with 30 days’ written notice. Project-based services may be canceled with written notice before project work begins. Deposits or payments already made are not refundable once the project is in progress, but work completed up to that point will be delivered.
